In celebration of the Halloween, SM Lanang brought us a cute and fluffy event to all dog lovers in Davao City. Me and my younger siblings went to The Dogs in Costume Parade last October 31, Friday held @ the Fountain Court. This was our first and I was really looking forward to it. There were a lot of participants… and dogs of course. They came in different shapes and sizes and it was a cloud 9 feeling seeing a lot of cute dogs around.
Registration is free! They gave us a ribbon and a scarf to identify the number of our pets. I am so happy to see a lot of dog lovers and was able to talk to some of them.

The parade started at 5PM. All of the owners and dogs walked around the mall. Seeing these cute creatures in their costumes makes me “gigil”. I really can’t contain my happiness! Superrr! LOL!

There were judges in the parade and they check each dog and how they are handled by their owners. Sorry but I don’t have the complete list of winners but I’m sure this pug won the first prize. Scary but cute!!! :p
I also met my college classmate Idacel. I’m really amazed! She wore this cute costume too!
I am really happy to have met new dog owners in the city.
I enjoyed my first Dog Parade and I’m sure Storm enjoyed her first too! Thanks to SM Lanang Premier for this awesome event.
