The summer isn't just over yet as Starbucks launches their newest Frappuccino to help you cool down this June. Starting June 5, Starbucks revealed their newest non-coffee summer ice blended beverages with creamy flavors that you will surely love this summer.
PISTACHIO BON BON CREAM FRAPPUCCINO
If you love Pistachio ice cream, then this one's for you! Featuring a blend of ground pistachio nuts with decadent chocolate sauce, this beverage is topped with fluffy whipped cream and a sprinkle of crunchy pistachio and waffle bits. |

STARBUCKS COLD BREW RETAIL PACK IS BACK
I haven't tried the Cold Brew yet but I'm pretty sure I will like this because you can craft this any time at home. You just have to put the packs inside a large pitcher, pour 1L of cold water, and let it steep for 24 hours in the fridge. Remove the packs and add 3 cups cold water to pitcher and serve it with ice. This coffee has lower acidity and has 70% Colombian and 30% African beans for a smooth and chocolaty taste.

From October 22, customers can start collecting stamps for the 2017 Giving Journal in all The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf stores.
Each stamp card consists of 12 circles with corresponding purchased drink assignments. You must complete the stamps to get your own Giving Journal. A box of CBTL capsules earns the customer 2 stamps, while any CBTL Single Serve Beverage System purchase automatically allows you to claim the 2017 Giving Journal.
The Giving Journal is available in 4 cool colors - Gray, Rose, Turquoise, and Purple. Each Giving Journal has its icon on its cover and it's a graphic representation of how The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf commits to giving back to the community, through promoting goodwill and social responsibility.

I love to discover new places to eat in the city I grew up in, especially if they serve coffee. As a coffee lover like me, I am looking for a perfect place that I can enjoy my cup of goodness in a quiet place with good interiors. Then to my surprise, I found the Coffee Grounds by Golden Lion.
Coffee Grounds is located at Roxas Ave. Extension, Davao City and they serve good food and coffee plus they have cool interiors. It's like you're in a shop in England because of their brown brick walls and London-themed paintings. Everything looks really "Instagram-able"! LOL
Here are some of the food they served during the food tasting last April 28.

They served this tea set with different sweets, cakes, and mini sandwiches. Macarons!!! :p
They also have a second floor for studying or reading books. They have these cool black chairs and couches. I even love their tiles on the terrace.
Most of the customers here are students because they are located near the school like Ateneo de Davao University and Holy Child College. The environment is still calm and quiet compared to other rowdy coffee shops in the city.
My 3 favorite dishes are the Trio Formaggio Pancetta Pizza, Baby Back Ribs, and the Roasted Chicken in Lemon Grass. I only tried their yummy cold drinks, so I have to go back and will give you an update on their hot coffee drinks. Will blog about it along with their newly launched product that will be a hit in the city.
